The legal information provided by Beoppering has no legal effect or official authority. To the extent that the developer is not grossly negligent or acting with intent, the developer bears no liability for any damage arising from errors in the content or the functionality of the app.
Conditions of use (required)
Features currently offered free of charge may become paid after appropriate notice, and both free and paid features may be removed or added for technical or business reasons. You agree that the developer is under no obligation to guarantee the availability or continuity of any feature.
Membership subscription terms
Beoppering Membership is billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time from the subscription management page of your app store. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel; in particular, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date, payment for the next period is charged automatically. When cancelled, the subscription ends after the current period expires.
Beoppering Membership is subject to the standard end-user license agreement of each platform (the App Store and Google Play).
After changing devices or reinstalling the app, use “Restore purchases” on the membership screen to recover an existing subscription.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel or request a refund through the store where you subscribed. The developer does not take part in the store’s billing or refund process.
