Effective date: August 3, 2026
Summary
- Beoppering does not collect any personal information from you.
- The app does collect anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you, solely to improve the service.
What we collect
The app collects the two types of information below. Neither is used to identify anyone.
- Anonymized usage statistics — aggregate data about which screens are used and how often (Firebase Analytics)
- Diagnostic information — technical records created when the app closes unexpectedly
What we do not collect
The app does not collect names, contact details, email addresses, account or location information, contact lists, photos, or anything else that could identify you.
Data that stays on your device
Favorites, the law shelf, highlights, memos, recently viewed laws, and app settings stay on your device and are not transmitted elsewhere. Deleting the app deletes this data as well.
Why we collect it
Anonymized usage statistics and diagnostic information are used only to improve the app and respond to errors.
Sharing with third parties
We do not provide information that can identify you to third parties. Google LLC’s Firebase Analytics processes anonymized analytics, and its policies govern retention and deletion.
Payment information
Apple’s App Store and Google Play process Beoppering Membership payments. The app does not collect or store payment details, including card numbers.
Children's privacy
The app does not collect personal information from any user, including children.
